The Rwanda Institute of Quantity Surveyors (RIQS), established by the Law N° 023/2025 of 01/09/2025 governing the professions of architecture, engineering. and quantity surveying as the professional body mandated to regulate the Quantity Surveying profession in Rwanda, hereby issues this public notice to inform and remind all public agencies, project owners, developers, private companies, non-governmental organizations (NGOs), contractors, consultants, and the general public of the legal and regulatory requirements regarding the engagement of Quantity Surveying professionals.
