The Rwanda Institute of Quantity Surveyors (RIQS) is pleased to invite all registered members to attend the 3rd General Assembly Meeting (GAM) – 2026.
This General Assembly Meeting is a key statutory and professional gathering of the Institute and is mandatory for all registered RIQS members. The meeting will provide an important platform to review institutional progress, discuss strategic matters, and engage with key stakeholders in the construction and infrastructure sector.
